We allot a project coordinator, site supervisor, site engg, architect/designers/expert to solve all your questions and greviances on immediate basis. We create a whatsapp group for each project to bring seamless coordination among team members and client (if project time exceed promised date we pay penalty of 1000INR on per day basis).

• Material selection for interior is a tedious process and our experience says that customers are usually not aware of the material available in market. In hand holding exercise we bring material catalogue to customer to get a feel and touch of materials to be used and also explain the material characteristic to our clients.
• As a last resort we take customer to material showroom to understand materials and get a feel and touch of the materials to be used.

You don’t need to pay the total quotation amount at once. In Order to make the payment process easier we have divided the payments into 4 slabs each of 25% of the total project cost. Each installment of 25% needs to be paid in stages as the project advances to its completion.
